Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free to mainland Spain and Portugal.

Orders placed before 10:00 am (business days) may be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and order volume.

Before confirming your order, you will be able to view the full price breakdown in your shopping basket, including:

• Selected products
• Availability
• Shipping costs (if applicable)
• Applicable taxes and fees

International shipping costs

For orders delivered outside mainland Spain and Portugal, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

No additional charges will be applied once the order has been confirmed.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, we recommend contacting us by phone as soon as possible so we can attempt to stop preparation or dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed and standard conditions will apply.

Returns and shipping costs

For returns not attributable to Granada Maison, where the original order benefited from free shipping or any promotional offer, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

This cost will be calculated based on the logistical characteristics of the returned shipment.

At the time of delivery

Once the customer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to them. For this reason, it is essential that you:

• Do not sign the delivery note before checking the contents and condition of the packages
• Inspect the goods carefully and without pressure from the courier

If, at the time of inspection, the goods do not correspond to the order or show signs of transport damage, you must refuse delivery or leave a clear and detailed note of the damage on the delivery note.

This step is mandatory in order to process any claim for transport-related damage.

Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and selected finish. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page before the order is confirmed.

For mainland Spain, we hold stock for most products, with a typical delivery timeframe of 3 to 9 business days, provided all items in the order are available for dispatch within 24/48 hours.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

The Canary Islands and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla are subject to a special tax regime.

• Orders will be invoiced without VAT
• The customer must pay local taxes (IGIC or IPSI) upon delivery
• The customer is responsible for import customs clearance costs

Export customs clearance is handled by Granada Maison and is included in the shipping costs.

Taxation on international orders

• Private customers within the European Union: prices include Spanish VAT (21%), except for territories subject to special tax regimes
• For territories with special tax regimes, orders are invoiced without VAT and the customer is responsible for applicable taxes and import charges
• EU businesses with a valid intra-community VAT number: VAT-exempt invoicing

Delivery service

The standard door-to-door delivery service:

• Does not include delivery inside the property
• Does not include assembly

The customer is responsible for arranging these services if required.

Insured shipping

All shipments made by Granada Maison are covered by fully insured transport, protecting your order against transport-related damage until delivery.

To activate this insurance, any damage must be clearly recorded on the delivery note at the time of receipt.
