Orders placed before 10am may be shipped the same day, depending on the volume of orders. (working days).

You can see all the costs broken down in your shopping cart before confirming your order: the selected products, their availability, shipping costs and any possible fees and taxes. It is very important that before clicking the "Place my order" button, you check that everything in your cart is correct (products, quantity, finishes, etc.) as well as your personal information.

To cancel an order, it is advisable to call our contact number to give it the highest priority and cancel the shipping process.

Returns of goods for any reason not attributable to Granada Maison in whose initial order the product was purchased with the promotion of free shipping, or any other type of promotion, will have the shipping amount deducted from the customer, depending on the quantity of material/weight/number of returned packages.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address, weight, and total volume of the requested products.

At the time of delivery:

Once the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to them. Therefore, it is important:

• Do not sign the delivery note until you have checked the content of the packages and the condition of the goods.
• Do not succumb to pressure from the delivery personnel, take the time to examine your goods.

If, at the time of inspecting the goods, it is found that they do not conform to the order or have been damaged during transport, they must be rejected, and, above all, explicit reservations must be made on the delivery note (a mandatory condition for any claim for breakage or damage during transport).

The delivery time for each item in your cart may vary depending on the different finishes. You can check these times on the product page before confirming your order. At Granada Maison, we have a wide stock of most products to guarantee a delivery time of 24h/48h** working days (as long as all products and/or colours are available for shipping in 24/48h) in Spain, except for palletised orders, which may take 3-5 working days for delivery. For the islands, it depends on the departure of the ship every Friday.

The Canary Islands and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla are territories of the European Union subject to special tax conditions. For deliveries to these territories, it is necessary to carry out a customs clearance. Prices on the customer's invoice are exempt from taxes (without VAT). The customer must pay the import customs clearance and the applicable tax (IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla), upon receiving their order. The export clearance is paid by Granada Maison and is included in the shipping costs.

For deliveries to private customers in the other countries specified above, prices on the customer's invoice include the current VAT in Spain, 21% of the total invoice.

There are territories within the mentioned countries above that are subject to special tax conditions; in all these cases, the procedure will be similar to that of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Orders will be invoiced without VAT, and the customer will pay the import customs clearance and the corresponding taxes in each case.

For companies that carry out their commercial activity in other European Union countries and that have an intra-community operator number, the invoice prices are exempt from VAT. This is also valid for companies based in Spain but operating at the community level.

The standard door-to-door service does not include delivery to the home; this is the responsibility of the customer. Assembly is also not included.

Weight and Volume of Products:

The shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of the product, even if the delivery address is the same. For instance, a table will generate higher shipping costs than a chair due to its volume and weight. Additionally, products of similar size may also incur different shipping costs because the weight can vary depending on the material used in the manufacturing process.

To ensure your peace of mind, all shipments from Granada Maison are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy that protects your order until delivery. With this insurance, we guarantee replacement or compensation as appropriate for any damages incurred during transportation. To apply for the insurance coverage, it is crucial that you indicate any damages on the delivery note.
