REFUND POLICY

Damaged, Broken or Defective Product:

If you receive a damaged, broken or defective product, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us in writing within 24 hours at:

Damaged or Wet Package:

If the package arrives in a damaged or wet condition, or is not in perfect condition upon receipt, please note this on the carrier's delivery note and take photos of the packaging before opening the package. If upon opening the package, you find that the item is damaged or incorrect, take photographs, repackage it in the original packaging and contact us at info@granadamaison.com, on the telephone at +34 690 72 51 91, or via WhatsApp at +34 690 72 51 91. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you and for the collection of the defective or incorrect item, at no charge to you.

If the item is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount by the same method you used for the purchase.

Unsatisfactory Product:

If you wish to return a product because you do not like it or it does not meet your expectations, please inform us in writing at info@granadamaison.com within 14 natural days from the date you received it, including the following information: the item to be returned and the reason for the return. This last piece of information is not mandatory but it helps us in our improvement processes. The order must be returned in its original packaging. We will then indicate the address to which you must send it, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Alternatively, we can arrange the pick-up, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The product to be returned must be in perfect condition, with all its parts and within its original packaging. In the event that the product is not returned under these conditions, Granada Maison reserves the right to refund a lower amount, a circumstance that will be notified, and which may lead to the total loss of the refund amount.

Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any way, and which retain their original packaging in perfect condition. Once we receive the return and verify that the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund, using the same method you used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the shipment at our facilities.

Withdrawal/Return Costs:

Withdrawal/return costs will be borne by the customer, as stipulated in the Consumer Act, art. 108.
